Meet Our Staff

Steve lives in Stirum with his fiance, Bailee, and their dog, Zoey. He enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with friends and family, and whipping up some delicious seafood boils. Steve has 10 years of HVAC experience in the area, and his favorite part of the job is getting to be people's heroes by making them happy through fixing their equipment.

Spencer lives in Gwinner with his wife, Emma, and two kids, Theo and Rosa. In his free time, he enjoys, hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. Spencer has 10 years of HVAC experience in the area, and his favorite part of the job is meeting new people and getting to help them stay comfortable in their homes.

Ashley lives in Gwinner with her dog, Sadie. In her free time, Ashley enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. Ashley has experience contracting in Bobcat to troubleshoot and fix their robots and in teaching robotics at Bismarck State College. She will be fixing and selling appliances and is looking forward to helping customers find the right appliance for them!

Bailee lives in Stirum with her fiance, Steve, and their dog, Zoey. She works as a dental hygienist in Oakes. Bailee enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with friends and family, and traveling. Bailee will be helping with finances, customer support, and social media. Bailee designed the company logo and took the pictures of the guys with their vans!

Emma lives in Gwinner with her husband, Spencer, and kids, Theo and Rosa. She stays home and wrangles the kids as her job, and they keep her plenty busy! Emma enjoys reading, baking, going on walks, finding cute coffee shops, and spending time with friends and family. Emma will be helping with finances, customer support, and social media.
